The annual Keep A Child Alive Ball went down last night (Oct. 30) in New York City and it was a star-studded affair.

Reports Miss Info:

Cultural figures in music, art, fashion, philanthropy made their way to the 11th annual Keep A Child Alive Black Ball in NYC on Thursday night. Held at the Hammerstein Ballroom, Keep a Child Alive co-founder and event host Alicia Keys lead this year’s gala, sharing the stage with rock legend David Byrne. Keys, who is expecting her second child in December, was glowing during black carpet arrivals with husband Swizz Beatz, as they held their baby bump for the cameras.

Other big names who attended the event included Madonna, Kanye West, Diddy, Aretha Franklin, Clive Davis, Russell Simmons, Gayle King, Estelle, Marina Abramovic, and more. Nas was another artist who entertained the crowd with a performance, including the song “N.Y. State of Mind” with Keys, plus rapper Angel Haze. Givenchy Creative Director Riccardo Tisci was honored for his anti-discriminatory efforts by the non-profit organization that provides treatment, care and support to children and families affected by HIV and AIDS.
