This past week on "The Journey" our crew told the story of two brothers with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and their relationship to the Ohio State Buckeyes football team. No matter which Big Ten team you root for, this one is worth a watch.

Jacob Jarvis, 14, and his younger brother Noah Studebaker, 7, each have the disease, the most common fatal genetic disorder diagnosed during childhood. Currently, there is no cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Jacob and Noah have been friends of Ohio State coach Urban Meyer and the Ohio State football team since July 2013, and they attend practices with their parents.

"It really hit me right in the heart," Meyer says of the first time he met the two boys. This feature from "The Journey" has become somewhat of a viral sensation online this week, and we post it here now for you to take in.
