Gary W. Pearson, age 67, passed away on Friday November 21, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late John and Bertha (Senay) Pearson and husband of Patricia (Cunha) Pearson. Gary was a U.S. Navy Veteran of Vietnam war, a lineman for National Grid and Local 104, enjoyed fishing, baseball, football, yard work and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his two children: Erika Fernandes (husband Joshua) of New Bedford, and Garett Pearson (wife Kayla) of Tiverton, siblings; Fred, John and Robert Pearson and Laura DeCoste, grandchildren; Jillian, Tricia, Victoria, and Serena Fernandes, Damian, Dustyn, and Trent Pearson, and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on TUESDAY here at 9 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial Holy Name Church at 10 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours on MONDAY from 5-9 P.M.
