Will Daniel Padilla play in PBA D-League? 'Hindi po totoo ang balita'

Daniel Padilla was drafted by the AMA University Titans as a 15th round pick in the PBA Developmental League on Monday.

 

But the teen heartthrob suiting up for the team in the PBA D-League Aspirant's Cup is another matter altogether.

 

In a text message to Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) coursed through talent management firm Star Magic, Padilla issued a denial. "Syempre po gusto ko maglaro for PBA pero hindi po totoo ang balita."

 

The popular actor is an endorser of AMA, appearing in commercials and other promotional events for AMA. 

 

Earlier reports said that Padilla is also a student at the school, making him eligible to be drafted. — JST, GMA News
