I teach Elementary Art to grades K-5 in a high-needs community filled with wonderful children.

My art room was in a portable building and is no longer suitable for student use. My art classes will have to be conducted in the school gym. There is no room for storage of art supplies in the school, so we will have to store everything in the portable. There are so many budget cuts being made this year. Everything has been frozen in the accounts and I need to come up with a solution to my storage issues.

An art cart will allow me to transport art materials to and from the portable building. My students only get 40 minutes of art time once a week. With limited time to create, I want to make sure that I am organized and can give my students the full art period with out me wasting it running after art materials.

Your help will allow my students to still enjoy art class even though there is not an "art room" anymore. The art cart will allow us all to establish a creative environment in the gym.
