Brenda Thompson Honored for Excellence in Estate Sales

WARREN, MI, June 2, 2015, Brenda Thompson, Owner, Gateway Estate Sales LLC, Owner of Gateway Estate Sales LLC, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Ms. Thompson has eight years of professional experience, with seven years as the owner of Gateway Estate Sales LLC. Throughout her career, she has set herself apart as an expert in customer satisfaction, and she also has considerable organizational skills. Each day, she is responsible for managing and marketing client estate sales, while also conducting research and staging homes before sales.

She has 20 employees, but how the exact number of workers will vary according to the size of the estate. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising all staff, training new employees, online marketing and researching the value of all items. She also works at Oakland University since the year 2007, as an audio-visual technologist. She provides customer service for staff and all the guests, organizes and sets up for special events, and manages all audio-video equipment.

Looking back, Ms. Thompson attributes her success to her quality customer service and great marketing skills. She became involved in her profession through the influence of her parents. She has always loved real estate and felt good pursuing a field where she could help others by liquidating their estates. The highlight of her career has been opening her own company.

Ms. Thompson is a member of the National Association of Professional Women. In recognition of her professional excellence, she received the Best of Warren Award in the Estate Sales and Home Liquidators Category in 2012 and the National Association of Professional Women Award in 2011.  In years to come, she intends to host estate sales and home liquidations on a full-time basis and expand the company.
