The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said a train hit a car Tuesday morning on 6th Avenue South between South F Street and South H Street.
The incident occurred east of Interstate 95 and just west of U.S. 1 on the tracks used by Tri-Rail. However, it is not affecting trains Tuesday morning, and no one was hurt.
The 6th Avenue South exit ramp from Interstate 95 was briefly shut down but back open by 5 a.m.
