            Description of Service: Hardwood Floor installation on 2nd Floor Transactions $1275.54 paid through credit card on August 25, 2021 $11132.80 paid through check on September 5, 2021 Problem: Floor is making creaking noise since installation and installer promised a warranty claim when it was reported back last year. Installer asked me to wait for few months to see whether any change in humidity would solve the problem. Now the floor has been installed for close to an year - he is saying he cannot do anything at this point and asking me to work with the hardwood supplier directly. I am looking for refund or repair the floor.
