All CLE programs are in the Williamsburg Lodge. Registration and Exhibit Hall open at 12:00pm and the program kicks off at 1:00pm on Thursday, March 22.

Materials will be sent via email a few days prior to the convention start date. No printed materials are provided; a CD with all materials are provided in your packet received at registration check-in.
All CLE forms are included in the electronic materials provided via email and CD.

VTLA rates DO NOT INCLUDE breakfast and dinner. Note that the Woodlands does offer a complimentary breakfast in the main lobby of the hotel.
WE HOPE YOU WON'T, but if you must cancel, the VTLA cancellation policy applies to all paid meeting events, including tickets for social events. All cancellations or changes must be in writing. Cancellations received on or before March 15th receive the registration fee paid less a $50 cancellation fee. We regret that due to guarantees required, no refunds after March 16th. Thank you for understanding that your request for an exception to this policy costs VTLA.
