President Donald Trump and those pesky Twitter fingers of his landed back into the news discussion, this after the nation leader posted a violent image aimed at CNN. In the now-deleted tweet, Trump showcased a CNN reporter being run over by a train which adds to his ongoing feud with the network.

The tweet from POTUS came very early this morning as part of the former business mogul’s usual Twitter morning run. The retweet from a supporter featured the image of a moving train slamming into a CNN reporter, with the ending tagline “Nothing can stop the #TrumpTrain.”

Reporters and others, such as MSNBC’s Kyle Griffin noted above, grabbed the screenshots and pushed it out to their respective followers, adding to a chain reaction of retweets of the shocking image.

This untimely retweet comes on the heels of racial tension still brewing across the country in the wake of the incidents in Charlottesville, and the president’s delayed response to the fracas. While the president finally addressed the white supremacists and domestic terrorists by name, he still took a shot at CNN at the tail end of the conference by referring to CNN as “fake news.”

Adding to President Trump’s hair trigger tweeting mishaps, he retweeted a gentleman referring to him as fascist, which was also deleted but the originating user has made good use of the moment to comical effect with his own retweet.
