Americans easily consume 1300-1500 calories a day from fluids. When you're not burning those calories, this translates into nearly a half-pound of stored body fat.

Alternative medicine expert, Bryce Wylde spoke to Roxanne Stein to explain how little things can add up big in saving calories.

Morning

8oz juice 400 calories

Afternoon
20oz soda 280 cals

16oz fruit smoothie drink from your favourite coffee shop 270 cals

Evening

A 12oz can soda (with dinner) 150 cals

Here's how we can reduce calories, and besides all the weight you'll drop, many drinks contain artificial flavors, colors, artificial sweeteners, too much caffeine, chemical preservatives etc

These cause immune dysfunction, hyperactivity, asthma, allergies, problems with brain and nervous system dysfunction, seizures, weight gain.
