Science Tech Week opens in Robinsons Galleria

THE 2016 Regional Science and Technology Week opened Wednesday at Robinsons Galleria with the theme “Juan Science One Nation.”

The event hosted by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) was attended by representatives of partner establishments composed of technology developers, investors, and service providers.

The celebration aims to bring science and technology closer to the people, highlight the capability of local science and technology experts, and inspire the youth and other sectors to believe that Filipinos compete with the world’s best and that local technology works.

The event will run from July 27-29 and includes exhibits, foras, and sessions about different science and technology topics.
