Presumptive president Rodrigo Duterte has started drawing up a list of potential Cabinet members to form his incoming administration.

MANILA, Philippines – Rodrigo Duterte, set to become the 16th president of the Philippines, is starting to form his administration ahead of his oath taking on June 30.

How will the next Cabinet look in a Duterte administration? Here's a guide to who's who in Duterte's Cabinet based on announcements he or his camp has made:

Arthur Tugade for Transportation and Communications

  • CEO and president, Clark Development Corporation (Appointed 2012, resigned for the campaign)
  • Raised CDC income to P1.49 billion between 2013 and 2015 against just P1.44 billion from 1996 to 2012
  • Was criticized, however, by Aeta communities in the Clark Freeport area for allegedly ignoring indigenous peoples' rights.
  • Owns Perry Holdings Corp., which has interests in trucking, logistics, farming and shipping
  • Partner at Bengzon, Verano, Tugade and Escolin Law Office, whose managing partner was secrteary-general for Arroyo-era Constitutional Consultative Commission.
