MEDELLIN Mayor Ricardo Ramirez claimed that he was mauled by former Capitol chief security officer Loy Anthony Madrigal.

In a series of posts in his Facebook account, Ramirez didn’t elaborate on why he was allegedly mauled by Madrigal but suspected that it was related to politics.

He claimed that Madrigal was hired by the Martinez family in Bogo Cjty and that he was mauled for supporting Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.

Ramirez also posted photos showing the injury in his right eye area.

PO3 James Susvilla of the Bogo City police said they have yet to submit a report on the incident to the Cebu Provincial Police Office.

Calls to Supt. Richard Oliver, Bogo City police chief, were unanswered as of this writing.
