City of Waterford project, Norwich natives recognized by state American Planning Association

The Town of Waterford and Norwich natives Stephen Fan and Shane Keaney were honored at the State Capitol by the state’s chapter of the American Planning Association.

The innovative plan award was granted to the Town of Waterford for its center vision and strategic plan addressing Jordan Village and the Civic Triangle.

Fan and Keaney were honored with the media award for their examination of the effects of urbanization and immigration spurred by casino development in the southeastern region of the state.
