Jazz your way around for a new culinary experience when you dine at Café Marco.

Aside from having the best buffet in town, another thing that Marco Polo Plaza does best is the Sunday brunch. After all, nothing beats an extensive brunch after a week’s hard work. But since it’s still the weekend, how about you enjoy a little entertainment too?

Every Sunday brunch, Marco Polo Plaza brings you Jazz Brunch Around. Dine at Asia Miele Guide’s fifth best restaurant as we stretch our buffet spread even wider. Cross over to our three restaurants—Café Marco, El Viento Restaurant & Pool Bar and Lobby Lounge, as you listen to live saxophone music to bring your Sunday brunch journey to a whole new level.

For the same price of P1,395 net, there will be buffet stations at the Lobby Lounge and El Viento Restaurant & Pool Bar where specialty dishes will be added alongside the international buffet spread at Café Marco.

Start your journey with picks of appetizers and salads at the Lobby Lounge where an array of luscious desserts also awaits. If you prefer to go straight down to business, discover the richness of entrées ranging from our international stations at Café Marco. Indulge in Mediterranean dishes and carvings at the Western station or go classic with some of the signature dishes at the Asian station including the Hainanese chicken paired with its flavorful rice. Another highlight in this award winning restaurant is the Japanese station with an array of sushi and sashimi. Here’s a little tip to a more personalized service, you can actually ask our chefs at the show kitchen to whip you a pasta dish of your choice at the Pasta section. For the health buffs there is the salad bar and the Café Marco Coolers, a selection of healthy drinks made with fresh ingredients such as tea leaves, mint, lemon, citrus fruits, cucumber and ginger. And of course, you just can’t miss the Dessert station where the signature Malicious cookies are found plus the newly added Filipino favorites puto bumbong and Tagalog bibingka.

Yes it’s a handful but don’t let that stop you from exploring El Viento by the poolside as sizzling dishes and the best barbecue concoctions are made like salmon belly, beef bulgogi, chicken and beef satay and assorted sausages.

Sunday brunches have never been this good. Available from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. For inquiries and reservations, you may call 253-1111 or email [email protected].
