I have been walking through my journey of healing from a life time of abuse and the shame that has been attached to it. She has helped me to greatly understand some of the WHY’S and each of her books have been a TREASURE. AND YOURS? It has been hard to wrap my thoughts around the concept of taking time out for ME without the GUILT> Lord have mercy! Thank you for offering this fabulous package. WOW!

  147. Most of these are on my to-read list but I think I’m most amped about Rising Strong. Dr. Brown’s work has been utterly life-changing and transformational for me.
