A motorcyclist figured in an accident while passing through Mactan Loop, Ayala access road this morning.
The victim, an employee of the Cebu City Parks and Playgrounds Commission got snagged by a low-hanging wire, causing him to fall down and drag the rest of the wiring with him.
The wires were believed to be owned by a telecommunications company. A team from Basak Pardo Emergency Response attended to the victim.
