Young man found dead near Mandaue Reclamation

AN unidentified man that looked to be in his early 20s was found dead along the road at the Mandaue Reclamation Area with hands cuffed and a gunshot wound in the head at 1:20 a.m. Friday.

A security guard of Cebu Sub-Zero Inc. heard a burst of gunfire and a motorcycle fleeing away and saw the man’s remains.

SPO2 Remegio Arciaga, investigator of the Subangdaku police described the victim as clad in a striped black and blue shirt and cargo shorts.
