SIA reveals Best Staffing Firms to Work For at Executive Forum

Winners of the 2019 Best Staffing Firms to Work For competition were announced Wednesday at the Executive Forum North America in Austin, Texas. The competition was sponsored by Monster.

The Best Staffing Firms to Work For North America winners are categorized by number of internal employees into five size groups, with grand prize winners in each group followed by a list of other firms on the list in alphabetical order. In addition, there are two UK categories: 10 to 50 internal employees and 51-plus internal employees, with a grand prize winner in each. There is also a category for “Best Staffing Firms to Temp For” in North America based on external worker feedback. This contest has a grand prize winner, while all firms earning a Net Promoter Score of 50 or more are winners.

This year’s grand prize winners in North America are:

  • Austin Major Group — 10 to 20 internal employees
  • Health Providers Choice — 21 to 50 internal employees
  • LiquidAgents Healthcare — 51 to 200 internal employees
  • Fusion Medical Staffing — 201 to 500 internal employees
  • Vaco — 501-plus internal employees
  • Labur — Best Staffing Firms to Temp For

“Congratulations to the winners of this year’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For Awards,” said Barry Asin, president of SIA. “These high-performing companies stand out for their quality of leadership and as organizations that prioritize culture and employee engagement. There is a strong correlation between employee engagement and growth. These firms have made that connection and use it to excel in their business and drive outstanding results.”

This year, 384 US and UK staffing firms registered for the program which, as in previous years, was conducted for SIA by Quantum Workplace, an Omaha, Neb.-based company.
